Had a lovely spacious room with all the modern comforts! Plus, the location made it a breeze to hop on the metro to the old town and still stay close to great restaurants.
Let’s just say thin walls and plumbing sounds make for an interesting night. It’s like living next to a loud orchestra-with an active plumbing solo!

Clean room with great housekeeping and a well-stocked fridge made for a pleasant stay. The complimentary bottle of water was a nice touch. The breakfast offered a decent selection of cold and hot foods, including popular French pastries. Unfortunately, the management's handling of a taxi strike was disappointing. staff did not provide essential updates or alternative transport options, severely impacting my plans. The taxi delay for my airport ride was also poorly managed, contributing to frustration during my visit.

Fantastic breakfast and convenient location
I had a delightful stay at the hotel, particularly enjoying the fantastic buffet breakfast that featured fresh pastries and a variety of local specialties. The location was a real plus, as it was just a short walk to nearby restaurants and the Casa da Musica metro station, making it easy to explore the city. Plus, the staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with recommendations and inquiries. One area for improvement would be better soundproofing between rooms, as I could hear some noise from neighboring guests.

The room was spacious and modern, which I really liked. Plenty of plugs by the beds, and a large TV made it cozy. The bathroom was clean and well-designed. Only downside was some noise from next door, but it wasn't too disruptive. Overall, it felt comfortable and had all the essentials.

I had a great experience. The breakfast offered a good variety of local and familiar options. It was easy to access many restaurants nearby, which was convenient for dining after a day of exploring. I particularly enjoyed staying in a room that faced the city, where I could hear the sounds of children playing from a nearby school during the day, reminding me of my own childhood in New York.
The parking was limited, making it challenging at times. I found the distance to the main old town a bit farther than I expected, which made walking a bit inconvenient.

Decent stay with good breakfast
Spent 5 nights here as a solo traveler. The breakfast buffet was yum, love the cappuccino in the AM! The room was clean and spacious with a comfy bed. The location was super convenient, but the towels looked kinda old and worn out. Also, dragging luggage up those steps was a bit of a pain.
