overall an excellant choice for our needs during our stay. The access from the airport/metro/hotel all very good. Closest metro an easy 5 min walk. Reception staff very professional / helpful / polite. Breakfast was very good, varied selections, pastries, cereal, fruit, toast, egg, bacon, mushroom.Rooms sufficient for our requirements, triple room, clean, tidy,
to be honest i would be struggling to say a bad word against the hotel.

[Our room was upgraded, so we don't really know what the "basic twin room" would be like.] The staff was very nice and very professional. The room was spacious and quiet. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was generous and everything was fresh.
Things that made the room look a bit shabby: a bed lamp coming off the wall (would only take a few screws to fix), skirting board coming off the wall (a nail would do it), cigarette butts left on the artificial grass covered balcony for our whole two days stay (it was the same butts.....), one (1!) towel for the bide' in a two-people room, dirty leaflets and tatty courtesy book. Small things that easily could be remedied if somebody just checked every room for maintenance every so often. Bathrobes and slippers are great, but more important is cleanliness and tidiness.

Everything met required needs, had a comfortable stay of business trip. Every detail of the hotel was good, all the staff were very kind. The room was spotless and luxurious, I had air conditioning and coffee. The location was marvellous for walking around a cultural heritage monument. The venue was off the beaten track.

The breakfast offered a fantastic variety of choices, from fresh pastries to local specialties.
Better soundproofing between rooms would be ideal.

The place was bright and stylish and restaurant was reasonably priced. Had a comfort queen room with balcony, a bathtub plus comfortable bed and I truly enjoyed it.

A bit old derorated, buth it is not a big issue, and location is not the best, not very close to the centre and metro station

The hotel is clean and modern. There is a parking in the basement, which is convenient. And free wi-fi in the lobby. The room was quite spacious and the bathroom was fine.
The location is not convenient for seeing the old town on foot (but you can always take a taxi). However, it is convenient to get there by car (although the directions from Google were confusing) and driving from there to the main roads is easy.

I found the Hotel absolutely fantastic and the staff were very friendly and helpful - I had a lot of troublE with the electronic tolls on the roads, as we had a rental car and could not pay our dues to the post office because on the last day we left airport early and the bills show up only after two days .- it would be helpful if , for example the hotel could pay the last day of travelling tolls (using our credit card details) it was a really nice hotel , breakfasr was very good and very cheap, an excellent plus for your hotel - Incidentally , do you have any hotels in your group in England or Germany - or Spain ??? I travel quite extensively - and I will be recomending your Hotel to all my frienDs!!
One small minus point was the cost of parking in the cellar carpark - I think €9 per day is quite expensive !!! All th other hotels we stayed at were free parking for guests.,
